Let's find your dream home

"Tally and Ernie helped us purchase our current home and sell our former home using a bridge program. There are truly not enough kind things I can say about this team. In the current market, we were able to get an offer accepted on a home within two weeks of beginning our search and close in a month. During that time we prepared our old home to sell and within 3 days of listing, we had a cash offer for $35,000 over asking. On top of that, we have two small children and the kindness and patience that we were shown was appreciated beyond measure. This couple is a class act and showed respect to all of the other professionals who were involved in buying and selling. I couldn’t be happier with their work and would recommend them without hesitation to family members and friends."

"Per usual. The best service. Took a lot of patience to find the perfect place for me and Tally was a champ. I love the place she found and always recommend her and Ernie when a realtor is needed."

"Tally and Ernie were incredibly easy to work with. We chatted about the types of properties we were looking for and in our case we found our house almost immediately. We saw maybe 10 in total, all organized by Tally, she always had all the details researched before arriving and knows all the players in the local area for inspections, insurance and great leads for mortgage companies. They negotiated realistically and guided us cleanly through all the hoops needed to complete our sale on time."

"What an amazing experience! As first time buyers, we were admittedly clueless about most of the buying process. We met with a handful of agents throughout our home searches and are so glad we found the Fig Team! It was refreshing to be treated like people who were looking for a home, rather than just buyers who were an easy way to make a commission. 10/10 recommend!"

"Tally was an absolute pleasure to work with in purchasing our condo. When we met it was like meeting up with a friend we hadn’t seen in awhile! She is completely versed in the local market, showed us comparables, and guided us through the process from start to finish. Tally is efficient, responsive and organized. We couldn’t have been happier with the service."

"Tally and Ernie were a pleasure to work with. I met Tally back in 2021 and have been working with her since to find my perfect home. Over the years she helped by teaching me all about the home buying process and was extremely patient with me. Her and Ernie were always available to do showing on current homes available. No matter the time of day she was very responsive and has great knowledge of the home buying process and the St. Pete area!"

"Both Tally and Ernie helped purchase this home back in 2015 when we were wanting to start a family, they provided the utmost in service for us who were new to the home buying experience. Now this year we sold that home and once again asked for Tally and Ernie’s help, and once again they helped us through the selling process. We couldn’t have been happier with our results for both transactions and we really appreciate all their hard work, we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking or selling. They go above and beyond for their clients."

"As a first-time home buyer The Fig Team went above and beyond in making me extremely comfortable throughout the process. From my home first viewings in August to closing on my home in November, Tally and Ernie were always available when I had a question or concern and were intentional communicators, ensuring I was informed throughout the process and didn’t miss out on any opportunities. I highly recommend The Fig Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa area!
